Application Fee

• General / OBC : 600/- (For Paper-1 or 2) & 1000/-(for Bot paper – 1 or 2)
• SC / ST / PH : 300/- (For Paper-1 or 2) & 500/-(for Bot paper – 1 or 2)
• Pay the Examination Fee Through Online Mode.

UTET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks     and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.) OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.), in accordance with NCTE Regulations, 2002. OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) recognized by RCI. OR
• Graduation (or its equivalent) and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.)

Note: A 5% relaxation in qualifying marks is applicable for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/Disabled) candidates.

• Graduation (or its equivalent) and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C. / D.El.Ed.) OR
• Graduation (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed. / L.T. / Shiksha Shastri) OR
• Graduation (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed. / L.T.), in accordance with NCTE regulations. OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. OR
• Graduation (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a B.Ed. (Special Education). OR
• Graduation or Post-Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in B.Ed. (The minimum percentage requirement in Graduation is not applicable for those who took admission before July 29, 2011). OR
• Note: A 5% relaxation in qualifying marks is applicable for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/Disabled) candidates.

Important Guidelines While Filling the UTET (Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test) Form

• First Language:- You have to choose “either Hindi or English” as your “First Language”.
   This will be considered your primary language for the exam.
•  Second Language:-  You can choose one from the following languages:- “Hindi, English, Sanskrit, or Urdu.
    “Note”: You cannot choose the same language as both First and Second Language
•  Subject Selection (Applicable only for UTET-II):-
• If you are applying for **UTET-II**, based on your academic qualification, you must choose **one subject group** from the following:
• Mathematics / Science**
• Social Studies**
•  Teacher Training Qualification:-
• While applying, you need to indicate your current training status. You have to select one of the following:
•  “PASSED” – If you have completed your teacher training.
   “IN TRAINING” – If you are currently undergoing teacher training.
  “ENROLLED” – If you have enrolled in a training course but haven’t started yet.
•  Year of Training:-
•  You have to mention the year in which you:
•  Completed the training,
•  Started the training,
•  Or enrolled in the training course.
•  Eligibility Code:-
•  Based on your educational qualification and training status, you must select the appropriate “Eligibility Code”.
