UPSBCL AE Recruitment 2025 Eligibility 

UPSBCL AE Exam Conducted By

The UPSBCL AE Recruitment 2025 does not involve a separate written exam. Selection is purely based on the candidate’s performance in the GATE 2025 examination. Applicants must have appeared in GATE 2025 in the relevant discipline—Civil Engineering (CE) for AE Civil and Mechanical Engineering (ME) for AE Mechanical. The GATE 2025 exam is being conducted by IIT Roorkee, under the overall supervision of the IISc Bangalore and seven IITs. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE Score and All India Rank, followed by document verification. No interview or further test will be conducted by UPSBCL.

Documents Required at the Exam Centre

• A clear printout of the e-Admit Card.
• A valid Original Photo Identity Card, such as:
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Voter ID Card (Any One)

Special Condition: If the photograph on the e-Admit Card is unclear or missing, the candidate must also bring the following:

• The Declaration Form (Appendix ‘Ka’ from the notification) filled out.
• A photograph affixed to the form, attested by a Gazetted Officer.
