• Date of Examination: 23-06-2024 (Tentative) (Postponed)
• New Exam Date: 21-07-2024
• Result Release Date: 7th July 2025

Application Fee

• General / OBC / EWS (Male & Female): ₹ 600/-
• SC / SCA / ST / PWD (Male & Female): ₹ 300/-
• Payment will be made IDBI Portal or Debit Card/Credit card/net Banking/Challan.

TN TRB Notification 2024: Age Limits as of 01 March 2025

• Upper Age Limit for General Category Candidates : 53 years
• Upper Age Limit for SC/ST/Backward Class Muslims, Backward Classes, MBC/DNC and DW of all castes : 58 years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

• Visit the official website trb.tn.gov.in
• Click on “SGT Result 2025” link
• Login using your Registration ID and Password
• The result and scorecard will be displayed
• Download and take a printout for future reference

TN TRB Recruitment 2024: Mode of Selection 

The selection process includes:

• Part-A Language Test (Qualifying): Minimum 40% marks required (20/50)
• Part-B Evaluation: Conducted only for Part-A qualified and PWD-exempted candidates
• Certificate Verification (CV): Shortlisted candidates are called in 1:1.25 ratio

The final selection will be based on combined scores and document verification. Additional CV lists for Differently Abled and DW categories are also released.
