Telangana MHSRB Dental Assistant Surgeon Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for MHSRB Telangana Dental Assistant Surgeon Recruitment 2025 is completely merit-based, with no written examination or interview involved. Candidates will be evaluated out of 100 marks, where a maximum of 80 marks will be awarded based on the percentage of marks obtained in the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree. These marks will be proportionally converted to an 80-point scale.

The remaining 20 marks will be given for relevant work experience in state government hospitals, health institutions, or programs on a contract or outsourced basis—2.5 marks for every 6 months of service in tribal areas and 2 marks for every 6 months in non-tribal areas. Only completed six-month periods will be considered for scoring. A final merit list will be prepared based on these 100 marks, and candidates with the highest scores will be called for document verification before final selection. Experience will be valid only if certified in the official format by a competent authority from a recognized government institution.
