RRB Technician Exam Conducted By
The RRB Technician Exam 2025 is conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. The board is responsible for recruiting candidates for 6238 Technician Grade I Signal and Grade III posts (CEN 02/2025) in a fair and transparent manner. The selection process includes a computer-based test (CBT), document verification, and medical examination. The CBT, held between October and November 2025, consists of 100 objective-type questions (100 marks) with a 90-minute duration and 1/3 negative marking for incorrect answers. Exam Instruction
- Admit Card (e-Admit Card):
- Entry to the exam center is allowed only with the e-Admit Card.
- Candidates can download their e-Admit Card from the official RRB website (specific regional RRB websites, e.g., www.rrbcdg.gov.in) as per the schedule in the official notification.
- Admit cards will not be sent by post.
- If unable to download, candidates can collect a duplicate e-Admit Card from the respective RRB office on specified dates (check notification for details) with their application acknowledgment and a valid photo ID.
- Entry and Exit:
- Candidates must reach the exam center by 9:30 AM.
- Entry gates will close at 10:30 AM, and no candidate will be allowed entry after this time.
- Candidates can leave the exam hall only after their OMR answer sheet (if applicable) or exam formalities are completed and verified by the invigilator.

RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 Selection Process (CEN 02/2025)
Candidates applying for the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Technician Recruitment 2025 (6238 posts for Technician Grade I Signal and Grade III) will go through the following selection process:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- The first stage is an online computer-based test.
