To apply for the LNMU UG 2nd Semester Exam Form 2025 (Session 2024–28), students must meet the following eligibility conditions:

• Passed or promoted in UG 1st Semester exam.
• Passed all internal exams of the 2nd semester subjects.
• Must have a valid ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credits).
• Must possess a valid university roll number.
• Must upload a recent passport-size photo and signature.
• Must have an active mobile number and email ID.
• Must pay Rs. 600/- exam fee online via UPI/Debit Card.

Without meeting these conditions, the student cannot apply for the exam form.
