The selection process for IRCTC Apprentice Trainees 2025 will be based entirely on a merit list. There will be no written examination or interview (Viva). The entire process is transparent and depends solely on the candidate’s academic performance.

• Selection will be made strictly on the basis of a merit list prepared from academic marks.
• If a grading system is used, the average of the highest and lowest marks of the grade will be considered.
