For Junior Stenographer
- Proficiency Test in Stenography (Qualifying only)
- One dictation for 10 minutes at 80 w.p.m. in English or Hindi.
- Transcription time:
- English → 50 mins (70 mins for scribe candidates)
- Hindi → 65 mins (90 mins for scribe candidates)
- Competitive Written Examination (OMR/CBT, Objective Type)
- Total Questions: 200
- Duration: 2 hours (2 hrs. 40 mins for scribe)
- Standard: 10+2 / XII
- Medium: English & Hindi (except English Language section)

- SBI Collect e-receipt / transaction reference for application fee payment (if applicable).
- Latest passport size colour photograph (not selfie, plain background).
- Signature of the candidate.
- Left-hand thumb impression (clearly visible).
- 10th/SSC Certificate or Marksheet (as proof of Date of Birth).
- Gazette Notification / Affidavit (for name change or mismatch, if applicable).
- Educational certificates/marksheets (essential and higher qualifications).
- Experience certificates (if any).
- Caste / Category Certificates (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD) in prescribed Government of India format.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Declaration Form (for last 3 financial years).

The online registration for CSIR IICT Recruitment 2025 started on 14th August 2025 and will remain open until 12th September 2025. Eligible candidates can apply through the official portal – www.iict.res.in.
- Visit the official website www.iict.res.in and open the CAREERS section.
- Click on New Registration and register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Login with credentials and fill in the online application form with personal, educational, and other required details.
- Upload scanned copies of photograph, signature, thumb impression, and certificates.
- Pay the application fee (if applicable) via SBI Collect – Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
- Review the form, click Final Submit, and take a printout of the completed application for future reference.
