• Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
  Candidates will undergo a physical fitness test to assess their strength, endurance, and overall physical capability required for field duties.
• Skill Test / Trade Test:
  This stage evaluates the candidate’s technical knowledge and hands-on skills in their respective trade, such as vehicle mechanics or painting work.
• Written Examination:
