Mandatory Technical Qualification:
- Candidates must have a Diploma in Sports Coaching from Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS), Patiala or any recognized Sports Authority of India affiliated institute.
OR - Candidates must have a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Coaching (PGDSC) from Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE), Gwalior or any Central Sports University.
OR - Candidates should possess an equivalent qualification from a UGC-recognized Sports University or Bihar University.
Sports Achievements (Eligibility Based on Sports Participation):
- Represented the country in a recognized international competition.
- Represented their state in any international or national championship.
- Participated in Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, World Championships, Asian Championships, or any other recognized annual competitions.
- Participated at least twice in All India Inter-University / Junior National Championship / National Championship.
- Participated at least three times in Inter-Services Competition / All India Police Games / Inter-Railway Championship.
