The Bihar Police Constable Exam is conducted by the Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar. Exam Instruction

• Admit Card (e-Admit Card):
  • Entry to the examination center will be strictly on the basis of the e-Admit Card.
  • Candidates can download their e-Admit Card from the official website: https://csbc.bihar.gov.in according to the schedule provided in the notice.
  • Admit cards will not be sent by post.
  • Candidates who are unable to download their e-Admit Card can obtain a duplicate one in person from the Board’s office in Patna on specified dates (refer to the notice for the exact schedule). They must bring a copy of their application acknowledgement and a valid photo ID.
• Entry and Exit:
  • Candidates must report to the examination center at 09:30 AM.
  • Entry into the exam center will be closed at 10:30 AM. No entry will be permitted after this time.
  • Candidates will be allowed to leave the examination hall only after their used OMR Answer Sheet has been sealed by the invigilator.
• Prohibited Items:
  • Candidates are prohibited from bringing any writing materials into the exam center. A pen will be provided.
  • Electronic devices such as mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, Wi-Fi gadgets, electronic pens, pagers, and wristwatches (Normal/Smart) are strictly banned inside the examination premises.
  • Possession of any such item will be considered an act of misconduct and will lead to legal action.

Documents Required at the Exam Center

• A clear printout of the e-Admit Card.
• A valid Original Photo Identity Card, such as:
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Voter ID Card (Any One)

Special Condition: If the photograph on the e-Admit Card is unclear or missing, the candidate must also bring the following:

• The Declaration Form (Appendix ‘Ka’ from the notification) filled out.
• A photograph affixed to the form, attested by a Gazetted Officer.

• On the login page, enter your login credentials such as your Registration Number and Date of Birth Or Mobile Number and DOB
• After filling in the required details, click on the Login button.
• Once you successfully log in, your dashboard will appear on the screen.
• Now click on the ‘Download E Call Letter’ option available in the dashboard.
• Your Bihar Police Constable Admit Card 2025 will be displayed on the screen.
• Download the admit card and take a clear printout for use during the examination.
