Bihar ITI Exam Conducted By

The Bihar ITI Exam 2025 (Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test – ITICAT 2025) is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), an autonomous body under the Government of Bihar. BCECEB manages the entrance test for admission to various ITI courses (e.g., Electrician, Fitter, Welder) in government and private ITIs across Bihar. The exam was held on June 15, 2025, with results declared on July 2, 2025, accessible via bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

Documents Required at the Exam Centre

• A clear printout of the e-Admit Card.
• A valid original photo identity card, such as
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • PAN Card
  • Voter ID Card (Any One)

Special Condition: If the photograph on the e-Admit Card is unclear or missing, the candidate must also bring the following:

• The Declaration Form (Appendix ‘Ka’ from the notification) was filled out.
• A photograph affixed to the form, attested by a Gazetted Officer.

How to Check Bihar ITI Counselling 2025—Step-by-Step Process

1. Register Online:

   • Visit bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and click “ITICAT 2025 Counselling”.

   • Log in with Roll Number & Password.

   • Pay fee: ₹1200 (Gen/BC/EBC), ₹600 (SC/ST/PwD) online.

   • Complete by July 10, 2025.

2. Choice Filling:

   • Select trades (e.g., Electrician, Fitter) & colleges.

   • Lock choices by July 10, 2025 or auto-locked.

   • Print choice list.

3. Seat Allotment:

   • Check Round 1 result on July 15, 2025.

   • Download Allotment Letter.

   • Accept or opt for upgradation by July 20, 2025.

   • Round 2: July 25, 2025; Mop-up: August 5, 2025.

4. Document Verification:

   • Report to nodal center with:

     • ITICAT Admit Card, Rank Card

     • 10th Certificate & Mark Sheet

     • Bihar Domicile, Caste/EWS/PwD Certificate

     • ID Proof, 2 Photos, Fee Receipt

   • Pay the admission fee within 3–5 days.
