Bihar BSPHCL JEE, CC/ Store Eligibility & Vacancy 2025 Details

• Candidates who have passed their Class 10th Matric Exam with 2 Year ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade will be eligible for this recruitment.

• Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Commerce B.Com from Any Recognized University in India will be eligible for this recruitment.

• Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from Any Recognized University in India will be eligible for this recruitment.

• Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from Any Recognized University in India will be eligible for this recruitment.

• Candidates who have Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Any Recognized Institute in India will be eligible for this recruitment.

• Candidates who have BE / B.Tech Degree in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 60% Marks (For General), 55% Marks (For BC / EBC) & 50% Marks (SC / ST) will be eligible for this recruitment.

Bihar BSPHCL JEE, CC/Store Assistant Recruitment  Exam Conducted By

The Bihar BSPHCL Recruitment 2025 Exam for Junior Electrical Engineer (JEE), Correspondence Clerk (CC), Store Assistant, and other posts (total 4,016 vacancies) is conducted by the Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited (BSPHCL). The recruitment process, as per Advt. No. 01/2024 to 05/2024, includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT) scheduled from July 11 to July 22, 2025, managed by BSPHCL. For details, visit bsphcl.co.in.

Exam Instruction

Admit Card (e-Admit Card)

• Entry to the exam center is strictly based on the e-Admit Card.
• Download it from bsphcl.co.in using Enrollment/Registration Number and Date of Birth (released on June 9, 2025, for JEE and June 13, 2025, for Clerk/Store Assistant).
• Admit cards are not sent by post. Print a clear copy with your signature and photograph.
• If unable to download, contact the BSPHCL Helpdesk (details on bsphcl.co.in) with your application number and a valid photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN).
• Verify details (name, exam center, date, time) and report discrepancies to BSPHCL at least 48 hours before the exam.

Entry and Exit:

• Reach the exam center at least 90 minutes before the exam start time (as per admit card, typically 8:30 AM for morning shifts).
• Entry gates close 30 minutes before the exam (e.g., 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM CBT).
• Candidates can leave only after submitting the CBT responses on the system, as guided by the invigilator.

Prohibited Items:

• Writing materials (pens, pencils, paper) are not allowed; the center will provide necessary items.
• Electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, earphones) are strictly banned in the exam hall.
• Possession of prohibited items is considered misconduct, leading to disqualification or legal action.

Additional Instructions:

• Carry a printed e-Admit Card, a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN), and a passport-size photograph (same as in the application).
• Follow the dress code: Avoid heavy clothing or accessories to ensure smooth frisking.
• Familiarize yourself with the CBT interface using mock tests on bsphcl.co.in (available before exam).
• Report technical issues (e.g., computer glitches) to the invigilator immediately.
• Maintain silence and follow invigilator instructions during the exam.
• Check bsphcl.co.in for updates on exam shifts, answer keys (expected July 2025), and results.

Documents Required at the Exam Center

• A clear printout of the e-Admit Card.
• A valid Original Photo Identity Card, such as:
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Voter ID Card (Any One)

Special Condition: If the photograph on the e-Admit Card is unclear or missing, the candidate must also bring the following:

• The Declaration Form (Appendix ‘Ka’ from the notification) was filled out.
• A photograph affixed to the form, attested by a gazetted officer.
