AAI ATC Selection Process 2025—Step-by-Step

• Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  The first stage is an online written exam. There’s no negative marking, so give it your best shot.
• Shortlisting
  Based on your CBT performance, AAI will shortlist candidates for the next phase.
• Document Verification
  You must present all original certificates and ID proofs. Any mismatch or fake document may lead to disqualification.
• Voice Test
  Your clarity, fluency, and pronunciation in English will be tested, as it’s crucial for communication in ATC.
• Psychoactive Substances Test
  Candidates will be tested for substances like Cannabis, Cocaine, Opiates, Amphetamines, Barbiturates, and Benzodiazepines. A positive result will result in disqualification.
• Psychological Assessment
  A basic mental fitness check to ensure you’re suitable for a high-pressure ATC role.
• Medical Examination
  A full health check-up to confirm your physical fitness for the job.
• Background Verification
  AAI will verify your character and background before final selection.
• Final Merit List
  Prepared based on your CBT score and successful completion of all the above stages.
• Training and Bond
  Selected candidates will undergo training and sign a bond of ₹7 lakhs to serve AAI for at least 3 years post-training.
• ICAO Language Proficiency
  You must attain at least Level 4 proficiency in English as per ICAO standards during training.
• Final Appointment
  Offer letters will be sent via registered email. Posting can be anywhere in India.

Raise Objection Against the AAI ATC Answer Key 2025

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released the provisional AAI Junior Executive answer key to allow candidates to cross-check their responses. If any discrepancies are found, candidates can raise objections between 16th to 18th July 2025 (till 11:55 PM) by following the objection link. A required fee must be paid to submit the objection.
