IOCL WR Apprentice 2025 – Required Documents

• Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Marksheet – for proof of Date of Birth.
• Educational Qualification Certificates – ITI / Diploma / Graduation as per post.
• Caste Certificate – for SC / ST / OBC (NCL) candidates (in prescribed format).
• EWS Certificate – for candidates applying under EWS category.
• PwBD Certificate – for Persons with Benchmark Disability (if applicable).
• Aadhaar Card / Any Government Photo ID Proof – for identity verification.
• Domicile Certificate – if required for state-wise quota.

IOCL WR Apprentice Selection Process 2025

• 1. Written Examination
• The first stage is a Written Test (objective type).
• The test will consist of questions from:
• General Aptitude (Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General English)
• General Awareness
• Technical Discipline (as per relevant trade/discipline)
• The exam duration will be 90 minutes.
• The question paper will be available in English and Hindi (except for the English section).
• There will be no negative marking in the test.
• 2. Document Verification
• Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the written test will be called for document verification.
• All original certificates related to education, category, and identity must be produced.
• Candidature will be cancelled if documents are not valid or complete.
• 3. Medical Examination
• Provisionally selected candidates must undergo a medical fitness test as per IOCL standards.
• Only those who are medically fit will be engaged as apprentices.
