Educational Qualifications of RRC SWR Apprentice Recruitment 2025

• Must have passed 10th Class (under 10+2 system) with a minimum of 50% marks
• Must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT
• Engineering graduates/diploma holders are not eligible

RRC SWR Apprentice Selection Process 2025

The selection for RRC SWR Apprentice Recruitment 2025 will be purely merit-based. A merit list will be prepared using the average percentage of marks scored in Matriculation (minimum 50%) and ITI in the relevant trade. For Matriculation, marks obtained in all subjects will be considered, not just the best of five or a specific group.

For ITI, the marks mentioned in the final or provisional certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT will be taken into account. If the scorecard contains grades instead of marks, the percentage must be calculated using the formula provided by the respective education board. In case of a tie in marks, older candidates will be given preference. If the age is also the same, the one who passed Matriculation earlier will be prioritized.

The final merit list will be prepared division-wise, trade-wise, and community-wise in descending order of merit. Selected candidates will be called for document verification and medical examination. During the online application process, each candidate will receive a unique registration number, which should be noted for future correspondence. Candidates are strongly advised to submit their application well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues due to server congestion or heavy traffic. RRC SWR will not be responsible for any failure to apply due to such reasons.
