SIDBI Bank Recruitment 2025: Selection process

• The SIDBI recruitment process consists of three phases:A “Phase I”: Online screening exam with one paper of 7 sections (200 marks).
  B “Phase II”: Online exam with two papers (200 marks total).
  C “Phase III”: Interview (100 marks), which includes consideration of extracurricular achievements and service awards (with valid proof).
• Candidates who clear each phase based on SIDBI’s cut-off will progress to the next stage. After Phase II, shortlisted candidates will also undergo a “Psychometric Test” to assess personality and suitability, which may be shared with the interview panel.
• “Final selection “for Grade ‘A’ and ‘B’ posts will be based on performance in Phase II and the Interview.
