Selection Process of RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025

• Computer Based Test (CBT-1): This is the first stage of the exam, consisting of multiple-choice questions to test the candidate’s general awareness, reasoning, mathematics, and general intelligence. Only candidates who qualify in CBT-1 will move to the next stage.
• Computer Based Test (CBT-2): Candidates who clear the first stage appear in CBT-2, which is more advanced and post-specific, testing in-depth knowledge and aptitude relevant to the applied position.
• Skill Test / Typing Test / Aptitude Test: Depending on the post applied for, candidates may need to undergo a skill test (like typing for clerical posts) or an aptitude test to assess their practical ability.
• Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates must present educational certificates, identity proofs, caste certificates (if applicable), and other relevant documents for verification.
• Medical Examination: Finally, candidates must pass a medical fitness test to ensure they meet the health standards required for railway service.
