Short Information :  Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL), a Mini Ratna Defence PSU, has released the official notification for Junior Project Executive (JPE) Vacancy 2025. A total of 30 posts are announced on a contract basis in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Civil disciplines. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website www.goashipyard.in till 24th September 2025.

The required qualification is B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) – 4 years with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The upper age limit is 32 years for UR/EWS, 35 years for OBC, and 37 years for SC/ST candidates with relaxation as per government rules. The selection process will include a Written Test, Document Verification, and GD/Interview. Selected candidates will receive a salary between ₹45,000 to ₹55,000 per month with yearly increments.

Candidates must have a Full-time Regular Degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Engineering – 4 Years) from a recognized University/Institute in the relevant discipline with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Selection Process – Goa Shipyard JPE Recruitment 2025

• Written Test
• The test will consist of 25% General Aptitude and 75% Subject/Trade-related questions.
• Minimum qualifying marks:
• UR/EWS – 40%
• SC/ST/OBC/PwBD – 35%
• Document Verification
• Shortlisted candidates (based on written test performance) will be called in a 1:5 ratio for document verification.
• Original certificates (educational, caste, experience, etc.) must be produced.
• Group Discussion / Interview
• Candidates clearing document verification will appear for GD/Interview.
• Minimum qualifying marks:

• Final Merit List
• Prepared based on the following weightage:
• Written Test – 85%
• GD/Interview – 15%
