Education Qualification for Indian Coast Guard AC Recruitment 2025, Post-Wise

• Graduation from a recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

• Math’s and Physics as subjects up to Class 12 (10+2 level) with minimum 55% aggregate marks in both.

• Diploma holders who completed graduation are also eligible if:

• Diploma includes Math’s and Physics, and
• Have minimum 55% marks in the diploma.

• Engineering degree from a recognized university in any of the following branches with minimum 60% marks:

• Naval Architecture, Mechanical, Marine, Automotive, Mechatronics,
• Industrial & Production, Metallurgy, Design, Aeronautical, or Aerospace.

• OR equivalent qualification recognized by Institution of Engineers (India) as exempted from Section A & B (AMIE).

• Must have studied Math’s and Physics up to Class 12 with minimum 55% marks in both.

• Diploma + Graduation holders are also eligible if:

• Diploma includes Math’s and Physics, and
• Have minimum 55% aggregate marks in diploma.

• Engineering degree from a recognized university in any of the following branches with minimum 60% marks:

• Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation,
• Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Communication,
• Power Engineering, or Power Electronics.

• OR equivalent qualification recognized by Institution of Engineers (India) (AMIE – exempted from Section A & B).

• Must have studied Math’s and Physics in Class 12 with minimum 55% marks in both.

• Diploma + Graduation holders are eligible if:
